How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 1-3 days after order is processed in our system and is packed (usually 1-3 day buffer period/CAN TAKE UP TO A WEEK).

PRESALE orders ship 1-3 days after production is made, as well as sale window closes.

WASH INSTRUCTIONS

It is crucial to follow our care instructions located on our neck print labels as well as woven labels. Please Wash in COLD water with like colors and materials. ALWAYS low tumble dry or air dry to keep maximum quality intact. please also be aware that certain garment dyed clothing needs to be kept seperate in order not to bleed into other clothing.

HEAVEN SENT POLICIES

We do not accept returns or refunds once your order is place, in some cases we will exchange items per customer request. There is a charge for adjusting address or sizing/ color of an item, so we STRICTLY advise to ALWAYS review your order before placing. we are a small growing business that experiences heavy traffic at once, so please bare with us while we pack your orders and ship them out. I messed up on sizing or address what do i do?

We strictly advise our customers to REVIEW their order before placing to avoid any delays to their orders. When checking out, please make sure at your own discretion to review ALL information and to confirm is is true from sizing, shipping address, and billing address. If you require any adjusments based on shipping or sizing, you will be charged a separate fee to adjust We do not accept returns.

What is a Presale?

A presale is when an item goes live on our site but no production is yet made. we make it after the sale window closes and it is then that the garments are ordered
and we begin production. all in all this process usually takes around 5-15 business days before your order is shipped.
