Make sure to include your Name, Order number, reason for inquire, and where we can reach you best. this will help us get to you faster and slim out any spam we get. if it is urgent please advise on subject line with order number

HOW DOES SIZING WORK?

We offer some specific sizing charts on the products page, for your reference we have also attached it at the bottom of this page, simply match the oz of the garment [ex 12.5 oz hoodie] to the corresponding chart.

HEAVEN SENT POLICIES

We do NOT accept returns or refunds once your order is placed, in some cases we will exchange items per customer request. There is a $25 fee for adjusting to a new address or sizing/ color of an item, so we STRICTLY advise to ALWAYS review your order before placing [this includes sizing charts & item descriptions]. Any Invalid addresses or "return to sender" orders, will be charged new postage & a reshipping fee of $10. We are a small growing business that experiences heavy traffic at once, so please bare with us while we pack your orders and ship them out.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping may take up to 3-5 business days after order is processed in our system and is packed (usually 1-3 day buffer period). any IA [invalid addresses] which is when a customer forgets to input their apartment or unit number will experience delays, so please always double check before checkout.

WASH INSTRUCTIONS

It is crucial to follow our care instructions located on our neck print labels as well as woven labels. Please Wash in COLD water with like colors and materials. ALWAYS low tumble dry or air dry to keep maximum quality intact. please also be aware that certain garment dyed clothing needs to be kept separate in order not to bleed into other clothing & piling on our garment dyed pieces is natural due to the process if dying. to reduce piling and rough texture, wash inside out for the first washes on a gentle cycle & always air dry any dyed pieces.

I messed up on sizing or address what do i do?

We strictly advise our customers to REVIEW their order before placing to avoid any delays to their orders. When checking out, please make sure at your own discretion to review ALL information and to confirm it is true from sizing, shipping address, and billing address. If you require any adjustments based on shipping or sizing, you will be charged a separate fee to adjust We do not accept returns.

My package was lost or stolen

Unfortunately, if your package was lost or stolen we do not issue a replacement or refund for the order. Once a package is in transit and out of our possession, we are no longer responsible for it.
