Shipping policy

Heaven Sent uses standard shipping rates for all orders. This means that your package once processed & fulfilled (2-3 business days), it will take the shipping carrier usually 3-4 business days to deliver your package to the submitted shipping address. Please note we strongly advise our customers to double check their shipping address to ensure that their information is correct including unit, PO Box, trailer, or apartment number. If the information is not completed, there will be a delay that can range from 7 to 20 business days. This solely falls on the customer's responsibility to check their address, these cases will not be considered to be eligible for refunds.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
